Winsford
Winsford is a 60’ semi-trad reverse layout narrowboat built on a Tyler-Wilson shell, powered by a 43bhp Betamarine through a PRM 150 hydraulic gearbox with Vetus water lubricated prop.
External metalwork is in brass with Channel Glaze aluminium double glazed porthole units with brass look effect.
There is a double in-line bed which has a pull out extension with storage units under and surrounding it.
A walk through bathroom with 900mm quadrant shower on the centre-line also contains a macerator toilet (feeding a tank under the main bed) and a hand basin.
Stepping into a vestibule with storage for coats and electric cupboard, there is a U shaped galley with breakfast bar. Black Granite worktop covers an oven with separate grill, fridge, compact washing machine and holds a 4 burner gas hob. Adjacent to the saloon space is a breakfast bar.
Having no table, this space is given over to chairs that can convert to beds. There is an integral television linked to a satellite aerial. A wood burning stove is encased within a wood and glass case.
The boat runs on 24volts systems with 6 x 110Ah Victron AGM Leisure batteries. There is a 3Kw Victron inverter. Additional 12volt batteries with their own system, operate the starter and bow thruster.
Heating is through a 8Kw Eberspacher boiler feeding 3 radiators and a heated towel rail.
